Be Off Duty: Walk with Emily
A one-on-one walk at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden with Emily Hebner
No Agenda
No Prep
No Pitch
Just two hours outside, side by side.
What is this?
Two hours just for you.
Just us at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden. you don't have to know what to say. I'll take it from there. We'll walk, sit, and talk about whatever is actually on your mind.
This is not a coaching session with a nature backdrop. It's two hours where you don't have to be anything for anybody.
Who is it for?
You function well and that’s actually part of the problem.
Maybe you're curious about coaching. Maybe you're not even sure about that yet. You just know something isn't working, but you don't even know where you'd start.
You don’t have to come with a clear problem, just come. Two hours isn’t a full reset. But it is enough to feel a glimmer of what can be.
What to expect:
We meet at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden in Richmond, Virginia.
It’s completely free. Admission included. I have a membership.
We spend about two hours together. Walking, sitting, talking.
We can go as deep as you want, and discuss whatever is coming up for you.
You’ll leave feeling seen and little unburdened.

Whatever you want to. I follow your lead. Some people come with something specific. Some people don't. Both are fine.
Either way you don’t need to perform. -
Makes sense! Come curious, and have an experience.
No decisions required. -

I have two hours blocked out for just you. We can walk, sit, explore.
-
We can reschedule, or we can walk in it, I've done both.
Lewis Ginter has a glasshouse we can duck into if it gets intense. We'll figure it out.
-
If you want to keep the conversation going, there are a few ways to do that: a follow-up consult, my newsletter, or just following along on Instagram.
I'll share all of that at the end.
But this walk stands completely on its own.

No catch.
Here’s why I do it. Two things:I love deeply connecting. These walks energize me.
Coaching is life changing. I want everyone to have access to it.
